What to Bring

PACKING LIST

So here is our suggested packing list (totally optional):

Clothes:

  • Yoga pants
  • Two sets of workout clothes (for the Workouts)
  • Old / baggy shirt (for Pinterest Craft Workshop)
  • Hiking clothes (if you decided you want to hike on your free time)
  • Traveling home comfy outfit
  • Gym shoes & hiking shoes (could be the same as your gym shoes)
  • Pair of shoes for walking around the retreat center grounds
  • Underthings (sports bras and all that jazz)
  • Jacket and/or Hoodie (some of the workouts will be outside and it’s going to be in the low 40’s)
  • Hat and/or Beanie
  • House slippers
  • Workout socks and comfy socks
  • Sunglasses

Non-Clothes:

  • Bible & Journal
  • Water Bottle
  • Toiletries
  • Shampoo / Conditioner
  • Lotion / Sunscreen
  • Makeup (if needed – we can be Makeup Free this weekend)
  • Hairbrush / Blow Dryer and other hair-related things (if needed)
  • Small Pack for the Workshops (to carry snacks and water)
  • Chapstick
  • Deodorant
  • Phone (and your needed electronics) & Charger
  • Yoga Mat
  • Camera

Other Items:

  • Travel documents (airline tickets, rental car paperwork, etc.)
  • Tokens of love / treats / gifts for your roomies if you are into that. (NOT required)!
  • Extra room to pack your swag (Leave a lot of room!)
